HiCan anyone advise who is the beat affiliate to give commercial mortgage leads to on a cpl basis. Won't be great volumes but some is exceed than none. You can email me : CheersMichael
Dear Michael,As you are aware there are a number of companies that are willing to buy these types of leads from you. I on the other hand directly obtain these type of leads for my affiliate - this way it cuts out the lay man. We can look at purchasing on a cost per lead basis or commission change integrity. We have often orgnasied equip split (through a formal introducer agreement) as commercial enquiries are not often desire normal residential borrowing leads. Commercial enquiries are more complex and take longer to complete - In addition there is a displace covnersion evaluate of such leads.
