Bend. OR - November 15. 2007 - NorthWest Crossing. Oregon’s largest mixed-use community today announced that La Rosa Authentic Mexican Kitchen will be moving into the new commercial building on the southeast command of Mt Washington control and NW Crossing Drive. The new location is expected to open in move 2008.
“We couldn’t go up the opportunity to grow into an evolving vital neighborhood like NorthWest Crossing,” said Carole DeRose owner of La Rosa. “We really consider ourselves a &lquo;neighborhood&rquo; restaurant as do our loyal patrons. From the new building we are comfort centrally located and can continue to answer our regulars and new customers alike!”
One of the key factors in the act was lack of seating and parking at the current location on College Way.
DeRose continued. “Our largest obstacle has been our limited seating capacity and lack of parking. NorthWest Crossing has offered a larger space and plenty of lot and on-street parking.”
